* Information on course content and full details of costs (if any) involved
* Action to help resolve problems of access to courses
* Prior warning, whenever possible, if your class is changed or canceled
* A safe and comfortable place to learn in our live classes and a friendly atmosphere which accords mutual respect
* Contact with specialist services for advice on other courses or on careers, if needed
* Respect for your wishes in the disclosure of any confidential, personal information
In return you are expected to:
* Talk to us if you have any concerns about taking classes or any particular learning needs, so we can offer you the additional support that will help you to fully participate in your course
* Take an active part in your learning, helping us to record your progress and achievements and giving us feedback through end-of-course evaluation
* Respect others and not give offense by use of language or by any action or behavior, especially in study hall chats
* Act in a way that generally ensures the well-being of everyone in the live class and follow any specific instructions from your instructor
* Tell your instructor if you are unable to come to a live session or have to leave the course

Family Learning offers a wide range of FREE courses available for families.
- Courses take place online.
- They are free, fun and informative.
Parents/Guardians have the chance to find out what their children learn at school, how their children are taught and developed and how they can help.
